- Consignors must have a minimum of ten (10) accepted items and pre-register on January 1 (Spring/Summer) and July 1(Fall/Winter) (or until spaces are filled – first come, first serve) for a consignor number & drop-off time. If cancellation occurs after February 1(Spring/Summer) or August 1(Fall/Winter), Wee-Cycle reserves the right to withhold that consignor from the next sale. (This is to ensure that all consignors fulfill their obligation, or cancel in time for someone else to take their spot.)
- One consignor per household to allow as many families to participate as possible.
- Consignors shop early (before the general public) at the Private Pre-Sale on Tuesday at 6pm!
- Consignors price all items and receive 70% of selling price, minus a $10.00 advertising & postage fee. (Rule of thumb pricing: 1/4 to 1/3 of new price for good to excellent condition. Remember everyone likes a good deal!)
- Items must be priced in .50 increments: example: $2.00, $2.50. A minimum price for each item is $.50. (NO .25 or .75 increments)
- Toys MUST have working batteries to be accepted.
- All toys and baby equipment must be cleaned thoroughly prior to drop off.
- All clothing must be in order by gender and size.
- Verification Forms for Carseats (must not be over 5 years old), Pack-n-Plays & Cribs must be completed and attached to item prior to drop off:
- Place small items or items with multiple pieces in Ziploc® bags and tape top of bag shut.
- Use masking tape ONLY on non-clothing items. (Clear packing tape can ruin books, paint, etc.) Tape top & side of tag or safety pin if able. Carefully place tape so as to not cover any numbers, words or the barcode on the tag.
- Please zip-/cable-tie shoes together or place small shoes in a sealed bag and secure ONE tag: either to the outside of the bag, on one shoe, or hole-punched through cable tie. Also put consignor number & price on bottom of each shoe with masking tape (in case they get separated from tag).
- Pin tags onto clothing with safety pins only. NO TAGGING GUNS ALLOWED.
- ALL items not picked up by 6:00 pm on the Saturday of the sale will be donated to Faith in Action. NO EXCEPTIONS!
- Items missing tags will be donated to charity.
- You must provide picture ID and pick-up pass to claim your leftover items.
